This villa is privately owned and we ask that you treat it with the respect you would your own home, not only for your benefit but also for the benefit of future guests.

Everything should be in good condition and working order but if you come across any defect or any feature you regard as unsafe then please contact your representative as soon as possible, who will endeavor to rectify the problem allowing you to enjoy your holiday.

If you come across any breakages inform the representative as soon as possible otherwise you may be charged for the damage after your departure. Similarly, if you break anything please replace it with a similar item or inform the representative who will arrange to replace it for you. We understand that accidents do happen and your assistance will benefit you and future guests.
